Does Covid-19 affect delivery times?

Our Carrier (Royal Mail) is experiencing occasional delays on orders. Please allow up to a one day delay for your order to be delivered.

How do I claim the 1 year warranty?

If your product breaks within 1 year of purchase, we'll send you a new one completely free of charge.

Can I cancel or adjust my order?

All cancellation & Adjustment requests must be made within 12 hours. Once you've received the e-mail stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
